About the retreat

In our fast-paced world, it is more and more difficult to build good relations with others. We have replaced human connections with technology and we sometimes do not know how to approach others and how to keep a relationship.

The first step to building good relations with others is to build a good relationship with yourself and to understand how to deal with emotions and expressing yourself.

In a 4-day journey, we will guide you with different breathing and meditation techniques to create a deeper connection with yourself and release tensions that are blocking you. From there we will explore how to build and improve your relationships with others.

We use Tawaju (Inner Focus), a very powerful technique to release stored emotions from the past, remove grief and sorrow from Heart, and restore your vibrant flow of life energy.

How can we help?

This workshop gives you the opportunity and safe space to dive deep into this exploration. You are led through an empowering immersive experience of inner and outer journeying, connecting to yourself and others. You will learn different communication tools and ways to express yourself so you can enjoy your close relationships more. You will find ways to feel comfortable and relaxed interacting with others.

We also help you discover what is holding you back from achieving your goals and help you identify your limiting mindsets and thoughts. We empower you with tools and techniques to handle your past and march into the future with positivity and belief.

“Tawaju” is a super healing technique to help you tap into your inner essence in order to create a better mental state.

Active meditations and Group coaching sessions will guide you to take a deep look within yourself so that you can discover the roots of your negative thoughts and work to erase them at their core.

You will receive individual attention and a one-on-one coaching session.

Tawaju is a technique that helps you rejuvenate your inner being and helps you capture the real essence of yourself. It will help you dispel negative energy and detoxify your mind and body. You will experience new energy and a sense of bliss. You will be able to visualize the stress leaving your body.

Our retreat is planned around this very concept: stressors are a part of life, the way you deal with them is to learn to manage your mind so that they don’t overwhelm your thoughts.

The more we know about ourselves and have the proper tools to deal with our emotions, the more we can relax, connect with others and enjoy life. Life is not only about doing, it’s about living, experiencing and learning.

Sufi e Kamil is a holistic coach and facilitator of transformation processes and is also experienced as a facilitator of Tawaju and Social Meditations. Sufi e Kamil has worked in people management and as a mentor in America, Europe, and Asia and has experience helping to promote change in both people and companies. On his journey, Sufi e Kamil discovered that the body, mind, and spirit are a beautiful interconnected network, which can heal itself in the right conditions. He works intuitively and uses his experience in transformation processes to create a safe space for healing and transformation.

A reservation requires a deposit of $ 100.
